Hello Darlings! It’s been a while and I have no one to blame but family, friends, work, the weather and a move that has simply left me gasping for air. I’ve been thinking of you and have added feeling guilty to my list of To Dos.
Today I awoke to an email from One Good Thing by Jillee with a recipe for fried rice. If you’ve ever read Jillee’s blog, you know that she’s constantly finding ways to make life easier, and this recipe is no exception.
Although Jillee has a great recipe, due to lack of chicken and a hate for carrots, I tweaked the recipe a bit.
Here’s my version of the recipe
Ingredients:
4 scrambled eggs
3 cups cooked rice (not instant) (I of course screwed this up by making way too much)
Can of peas
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation:
Cooke the rice
Throw the rice and the rest of the ingredients into a frying pan and stir.
Done!

I fell in love with Sprinkles Cupcakes when they first opened and the line went around the block. They are absolutely delicious and pretty as well. Thankfully, on this day, I only had to stand in line a few minutes while some tourist kids were shopping at the Sprinkles ATM. It’s so cute! You literally click on the picture of the cupcake that you want and slide your card. A few minutes later a perfect little box appears. If you’re ever in the area, you must try it!
